Thrown back to desktop stream after quiting Big Picture

I start the session with Steam Big Picture Sunshine application entry.

Whenever I finish playing, exit the game, and exit Steam Big Picture, I am being thrown back to see my PC windows desktop stream.
Is this expected behaviour or am I doing something wrong?

How can I make it quit stream and get back to the Moonlight client after quitting Steam big Picture?

Steam is a detached process so this is normal.

So what would be a typical use case, to avoid being thrown onto the desktop? Close the streaming while SBP is still running?
The setting below should close steam link after exiting the streaming, right?

Last question would be... ...how to exit streaming :D That is a bit confusing part, on steamlink I can hold the select button, which brings up steamlink client-side streaming menu. We could use something along this in Moonlight.
