animations not working on emissive texture

I have on a ressource pack an emissive properties filen which is _EM
I gave a texture of an item this properties making it emissive as i wanted
But this texture is animated, and by giving it this emissive texture, it doesn't move anymore
I have created a file to give this texture an animation, cause back then i was using continuity and with my animation file it was working well, but here it doesn't so i wonder if i'm missing something
