Feature request: asciinema player option for cursor disabling

I use asciinema player to display animated ascii art in a loop. At the start of each loop, the cursor box flashes briefly before a cursor disabling escape sequence takes effect. It would be nice to have an option to disable the cursor display completely.

@asciimoth The upcoming version, 3.16.0, will include new option: cursorMode: "blinking" | "steady" | "hidden". I'll also wire this up as a recording setting for asciinema.org in asciinema-server.
