AWS Audit Manager Component - Missing Release

The aws-audit-manager component has no releases, and main.tf looks like a mock template with no real logic. variables.tf also appears to be missing. Is this component still a work in progress, or is the current state intentional? Should we vendor from main in the meantime?

we have created the Audit Manager component: https://github.com/cloudposse-terraform-components/aws-audit-manager
we'll cut a release tomorrow.

we will also update all other Security and Compliance components to the latest versions, I'll let you know when it's done

@jaguer0 we cut a new release 0.1.0 of the https://github.com/cloudposse-terraform-components/aws-audit-manager component, you can vendor it using Atmos vendoring
