Copilot Pro Mobile App Purchase Fails – “Purchase Failed” Error for 7 Days

Hello GitHub Team,

I’m experiencing an issue when trying to subscribe to Copilot Pro using the Android mobile app.

I normally make payments successfully through Google Pay in the app, but this time the payment is not going through.

Every time I attempt to make the purchase, the app shows the following message:

“Purchase Failed. An error occurred while processing your purchase for Copilot Pro. Please try again.”

This issue has been happening consistently for the past 7 days, and the purchase never completes.

What I’ve tried so far:

Retrying the purchase multiple times

Checking my internet connection

Restarting the app and phone

Confirming that my Google Pay payment method is active and valid

Unfortunately, the problem still persists.

Has anyone else experienced this on the Android app, or is there a known issue with Google Pay payments for Copilot Pro? Any workaround or official guidance would be appreciated.
