🎬 Add video background option for elements (missing from V4)

Description

In Elementor V3, it was possible to set video backgrounds for various elements (sections, containers, widgets). This feature appears to be missing or removed in Editor V4.

Currently in V4, the background options only include:

• Color
• Image
• Gradient

The video background option is no longer available, which was a valuable feature for creating dynamic and engaging designs.

Use cases for video backgrounds:

• Hero sections with animated backgrounds
• Feature highlights with subtle motion
• Portfolio sections with project demos
• Landing pages with brand videos

Current workaround limitations:
Using a video widget as a background layer is not ideal because:

• Cannot control z-index properly
• Doesn't integrate with the background system
• More complex to set up and maintain
• Doesn't have the same performance optimizations

Request:
Please restore the video background option in Editor V4, allowing users to:

• Upload video files or use YouTube/Vimeo URLs
• Set video as background for containers and sections
• Control video settings (autoplay, loop, mute, mobile fallback)

This feature was widely used in V3 and its absence in V4 is a significant limitation for many design workflows.

Sat down to try v4 and the first section I went to recreate atomically had a video in the background 😀

I did the exact same thing... but couldn't. I thought if that is missing... so many other things will be.
