Arch Linux (AUR) package

Summary

I would like an Arch Linux package so I can easily install and update Newt through an AUR helper (e.g. paru or yay).

Motivation

This would allow allow easy installation and updates via AUR helpers.

Proposed Solution

Add a PKGBUILD and submit Newt to the Arch Linux AUR (submission guidelines).

Note

Adding the PKGBUILD alone would allow users to manually build Newt with makepkg which would be helpful.

Alternatives Considered

Ideally Newt would become a first-party package but that's more complicated and probably not necessary for most people's needs.

Realized I posted this to the main pangolin repo when this was meant to be specific to Newt.
