Low-Cell Tissue Filter Parameter in Visium FFPE Analysis

Hi, I am processing Visium FFPE data and, after using the filterGiotto function, I have 125 spots remaining. My current parameters are:

expression_threshold: 1
feat_det_in_min_cells: 50
min_det_feats_per_cell: 1000
expression_values: "raw"

Given that the tissue is known for having fewer cells, how would you recommend adjusting these parameters to retain more spots? Thank you!
