Describe the add-on or add-on enhancement

Integrate the new Hetzner Cloud API for DNS challenges. The old/legacy API is not working anymore.
ACME.sh already has the new API endpoint: https://github.com/acmesh-official/acme.sh/wiki/dnsapi2#dns_hetznercloud

Use cases

The old/legacy API is discontinued and therefor I currently can't get new certificates for Home Assistant.
