I had a stupid idea in the shower and I know that I don't have the skill to make it or even be able to say why it would be too hard or too much work, but here's my stupid (good?) idea.
I have two devices (thermostat and my GM car) that have apps in the android app store but no HA support. I can't be the only one right?
Would it be possible to run an android VM or container to install the apps into and then use the accessibility features of android to scrape the apps for data? I'm imagining that there would have to be some sort of "training the HA" session to translate the app's features to useful data and control.

Use cases

I'd like to have the data from my car available in HA and I'd love to know how long and often my AC is running.
