Add visual separation for Enabled/Disabled Apps

It is visually difficult to identify which apps are enabled and disabled in the apps list (/config/apps/installed). I see that the disabled ones are grayed out, but I don't think that is visually distinct enough, especially for apps that don't have bright colorful logos.

I think it would be useful to create two separate lists, one for each state. If that's not possible, then at least make the distinction more visually obvious.
