DHL Express: Charges always displayed in USD

For DHL Express, the charges are always displayed in USD after label creation, even if:

• Default currency is set to EUR
• Shipment currency is set to EUR
• Estimated rate is shown in EUR before generating the label
• Other carriers (UPS, DHL Parcel etc.) show the currency in EUR correctly
