Standard set of secondary channel names

We really need a small and concise set (no more than 4-5) of secondary channel names pre-loaded into Meshtastic devices.

• Emergency - People needing immediate help, emergency communications. (would be a good channel to buzz on devices like the T1000-e)
• Weather - Occasional weather station reports (automatic)
• Social - Random socialization
• etc

I've noticed a lot of people complaining of lack of activity on Meshtastic... my theory is the "one primary channel" may be too intimidating for users.

These pre-loaded channels would be a great starting point for people to begin direct communication, launch other channels, etc.
