My feedback on Mesh Broadcast Algorithm -> Layer 2: Reliable Zero Hop Messaging

I think this section is mixing the concepts of retries to neighboring nodes with end to end routing (which is confusing since end to end routing isn't defined at this point in the documentation). I've copied the doc text to this Google Docs document and added my embedded comments asking about ambiguous phrases in the text):

"Broadcast messages treat this (WantAck) flag specially". At this point in the document, message types have not be defined or discussed. Are there non-broadcast messages? Do non-broadcast messages (for a single node specified as the destination) still use broadcast routing?

Later in the doc, in Direct messages using Next-Hop routing, it says,
"Initially, the managed flooding approach as mentioned before is used to reach the destination"
So flood routing is used for non-broadcast packets. ok.
