RAK4631 with Ethernet Module WIZnet W5100S-L - RAK13800

I downloaded and installed: firmware-rak4631_eth_gw-2.7.15.567b8ea.uf2 expecting to have Ethernet access. Instead, there is nothing on the SSD1306 OLED LCD Display and no Ethernet connection. Also, the IOS Meshtastic app has no radio connection to the device. The only way to restore iPhone access and the display is to install firmware-rak4631-2.7.15.567b8ea.uf2. Everything works except Ethernet. Also, there’s no configuration for Ethernet on the IOS Meshtastic App.

There are instructions for WisMesh Ethernet MQTT Gateway. These include for setting up a RAK4631 (nRF52840) module with the RAK13800 Ethernet module using the Meshtastic mobile app over BLE. However, the BLE doesn’t work.
