Add a /snowflake Discord ID metadata decoder utility command

How about adding a /snowflake cmd, it instantly extracts the exact creation date, relative time, and internal system data completely offline without needing API calls i already have the code fully written and tested locally to match the bot's structure, so let me know if you'd like me to open a PR for it! 😁

hmm, i think p!snowflake (prefix) is better for this one cuz it's a utility command, but sounds interesting tho

okk! done with 2 prefixes p!sf and p!snowflake aswell

yep, you can add aliases: ["sf"] prop for the alias, and have name: "snowflake" as the command name
