Add VAT refund process for exports to Switzerland

Add a short help page or order note explaining the manual VAT refund process.

Should:

• Export the product to Switzerland.
• Have the export documents stamped by EU customs.
• Send the stamped documents to us manually by email.
• Receive the German VAT refund after verification.

Mention that Swiss import taxes are not included.
