iCloud Sync issues

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing a strange issue with Passepartout syncing. It doesn’t sync with a specific device: an iMac running macOS 15.7.7. This iMac uses iCloud to sync settings and data for other applications without any problems. iCloud Drive works perfectly. However, the issue seems to be specific to syncing Passepartout with iCloud.

I’d like to sync Passepartout with other devices: a MacBook (macOS 26.5), an iPad and an iPhone all running iOS 26.5. iCloud Sync works well on these devices, even when syncing Passepartout. If I create, modify or delete a VPN profile on any of these 26.5 devices, the changes are immediately synced to the other devices. However, the iMac running macOS 15.7.7 doesn’t sync anything.

If I create, modify or delete a profile on the iMac, nothing is synced back to the other devices.

I’m at a loss as to where to start troubleshooting this problem.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

• Deleted all profiles on all devices to start fresh.
• Deleted the storage used by Passepartout in iCloud settings.
• Enabled and disabled Passepartout as an authorised application to store data on it in iCloud settings.
• I'm using Passepratout 3.8.11

I’m hoping someone can help me identify the problem.

Next month, I'm going to review several open issues about profile management, including iCloud. I've been facing similar issues myself, but I haven't had the time to attack them properly.
