How to use mobile phone image recognition to launch Python programs

I used to access the following web pages on my phone for image recognition, but I found both sites are unavailable today. Even the beta version fails to work properly.

These are included in Pybricks now, which should be a lot simpler to use.

I don't understand how to use it offline with Python. I originally operated devices via my phone to run programs on the main controller. Does the new version require uploading programs to the phone and running them locally?

This hasn't changed. But instead of needing a separate website, you just open Pybricks on your phone also. No need to open the program there. Just connect and open the camera.
