This request is intentionally broader than a simple chatbot builder. TryPost should add a Social Salesbot + BYOK AI Reply Engine that works inside the Unified Engagement Hub and can generate or automate replies to all inbound items from all connected social media accounts plus email accounts using bring-your-own-key AI so users supply their own Claude, Deepseek, Minimax, Kimi, Gemini, OpenAI-compatible, or self-hosted model credentials.
No sensitive conversation content should be routed through TryPost managed AI infrastructure unless the user explicitly chooses that.
Problem
Managing replies across Instagram comments, Facebook DMs, X mentions, LinkedIn comments, YouTube comments, Threads replies, and email is an enormous manual workload. The only scalable answer is AI-assisted replies but enterprise teams, agencies, and self-hosters rightly refuse to route client conversations through a third-party AI system they do not control.
Proposed Feature
Inside the Unified Engagement Hub:
Read and triage all inbound comments, DMs, mentions, replies, reviews, and emails across every connected platform
Draft replies using BYOK AI (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI-compatible endpoints, or self-hosted compatible models)
Optionally auto-send replies where platform APIs and user rules allow
Support rule types: keyword triggers, lead qualification, FAQ answers, escalation to human
Use workspace brand profile, tone, FAQs, offers, banned phrases, and escalation rules during generation
All AI calls go directly from TryPost to the user’s own API endpoint — TryPost never receives the response content
