Webpack: New Documentation Website (GSoC 2026)

Hi @avivkeller , @ovflowd , and @bjohansebas ! I’m Mohamed Hamdy, a GSoC 2026 aspirant. I'm really excited about the vision for the new Webpack documentation site. I've already set up the webpack-doc-kit environment locally and I'm currently studying the TypeDoc theme implementation. I'm planning to dive into the open issues for Milestone 2 to contribute my first PR soon!
