Issue description / feature objectives

Add to the end-to-end-demo https://github.com/oscal-compass/e2e-demo:

1. Update the e2e-demo-ssp SSP to remove REPLACE_ME text with more meaningful text
2. Create an additional e2e-demo-ap for an AssessmentPlan
   • populate the repo with an AssessmentPlan commensurate with the other parts of the demo
   • update the e2e-demo "home" page with revised diagram including the AP repo
   • update the SSP repo GIT OPs to push the SSP to the AP repo
3. Create an additional e2e-demo-ar for an AssessmentResults
   • populate the repo with an AssessmentResults commensurate with the other parts of the demo
   • update the e2e-demo "home" page with revised diagram including the AR repo
   • update the AP repo GIT OPs to push the AP to the AR repo
   • update the compliance-posture GIT OPs to push the partial AR results to the AR repo
4. Update the video CNCF OSCAL Compass End-to-End Demo video on you tube accordingly

Caveats / Assumptions

These pieces can be done separately in stand-alone issues/pull requests. Some can be done in parallel, others (like the video) would need to be done at the end.

Completion Criteria

1. The SSP repo is updated
2. A new AP repo is created and populated
3. A new AR repo is created and populated
4. The e2e home page diagram and video are revised
