Summary

Adds qualification and pricing estimate for BioGroup EDS (Entrepôt de Données de Santé), a healthcare-data platform running on S3ns/GCP.

  • Input CSV transformed into structured inventory (8 projects × 3 environments)

multi-cluster GKE with self-hosted LGTM observability, Vault,
Airflow, Metabase, and BigQuery data warehouse. HDS + ISO 27001.

Deductive vs calibrated MCO shows -39% delta (17.80 → 9.50 j/h);
calibrated estimate retained due to GitOps dedup, managed BigQuery,
and centralized observability. Semi-dédié dispositif, 12.75 j/h/mois
total at 11 004€/mois HT (132 048€/an).

BioGroup EDS: factor in GKE Autopilot mode (lower cluster MCO)

Client confirmed clusters run in GKE Autopilot — Google manages nodes
(provisioning, scaling, patching, security hardening), so cluster-level
ops collapses to workloads + network policies + IAM.

Changes:
- All 4 GKE clusters: complexity coef 0.5 (very low) instead of 0.8-1.0
- MCO proactif calibré: 6.0 → 4.5 j/h/mois (3× réactif instead of 4×)
- Total calibré: 12.75 → 11.16 j/h/mois
- Mensuel HT: 11 004€ → 9 631€ (temps passé), 12 773€ → 11 126€ (forfait)
- Annuel HT: 132 048€ → 115 572€ (temps passé)
- Hypothesis H9 added documenting Autopilot decision and impact
- Note flagged: total proche du seuil mutualisé (10 j/h)
