Improve Developer Experience with AI

Goal

Improve developer productivity by giving LLMs (Copilot, Cursor, etc.) the context they need to be effective on Burrito.

Sub-issues

• Create AGENTS.md at the root of the project
• Add context files per component (controller, runner, server, UI)
• Create Burrito-specific Copilot/Claude/... skills/prompts
• Document resource state machines (conditions, status) with Mermaid diagrams
• [Bonus] Document CI/CD pipelines with Mermaid diagrams
