Motivation

One of the planned instruments is BEER which is indicated to use Engineering Diffraction as technique.
We are going to label all the datasets with such technique and it would be great if the technique is officially include in PaNET

We are also in the process to define what this should be called at MLZ (in our case for STRESS-SPEC). I'll suggest this term to them and see what the team thinks.
