Problem Description / Use Case

Hi,
when a new version is released, a banner appears notifying the user of a new version. This is great, but it covers a large area of ​​the calendar.

Proposed Solution

The solution would be, for example, to add a bell icon to the top center that flashes (e.g., red) and, when clicked, opens the banner notifying you of the update.
Could this be a possible solution?
