How can self-hosted 2026.720.0 users obtain and install Paperclip EE?

Hello Paperclip team,

We run a self-hosted Paperclip 2026.720.0 instance and are evaluating Paperclip EE for its advanced policy-management and audit UI. The product link at https://paperclip.ing/ee currently redirects to /ee/ and returns 404, and we could not find a public package, licensing page, compatibility matrix, or installation guide.

Could you please clarify the official path for obtaining and enabling EE? In particular, we need:

1. The official package/artifact location and a pinned version compatible with Paperclip 2026.720.0.
2. The artifact integrity-verification method (checksum or signature).
3. Licensing terms, pricing/contact path, and whether an external license key or account entitlement is required.
4. Exact installation and enablement steps for an existing self-hosted npm-based deployment.
5. Upgrade and rollback guidance, including whether EE installation changes the database schema or requires downtime.
6. The supported way to verify edition/plugin readiness, authorized versus unauthorized policy editing, and audit visibility after enablement.

We will not install an unverified package or bypass the supported permission APIs. If EE is not currently available for self-service installation, an official sales/contact route and the information needed to begin that process would be sufficient.
