Support for Single DB - Multiple Instances?

Does Paperclip support having a single postgres DB and multiple running instances of paperclip connected to it? Any issues with heartbeats/routines not properly running in this case?

Use-case is having a central DB that our team can connect to and share tasks/work across, but all have their own paperclip instant running locally with their own API keys/creds.
