Help with getting back in to my paperclip account/dashboard.

I created a dashboard last night (it was working for me). My computer restarted today (not related). When I went to launch Paperclip, it took me to a generic login page (never been to this page during setup), and it asked for user/email and password. Or "create new account.

I don't remember if I ever used an email when I created my initial dashboard. I was logging in via my terminal on my Mac.

Can anyone assist in figuring this out for me?
