Giving the AI a Budget to create the company

I think it would be a great idea if the AIs would be able to have money and spend it for the Company and give the User a progress report with how much money they spent and how much they made in return. Wait a Minute, Did I say Revenue, Well If the AIs could also make money through revenue, That would make many people millionaires.
