We've been running what we call the HIVE — 9 AI-powered businesses managed through a single Paperclip deployment.

Here's what the org chart looks like:

Brian Hive1 (CEO Agent / Governor)

8 Chiefs (Product / Proof / Content / Distribution / Recon / Community / Revenue / Operations)

Leads (3 per chief)

Workers (execution agents)

The thing that made everything click: each Chief gets a SOUL.md — a DNA file that defines their lane, their definition of done, what they never do, and their exact reporting format. Brian cannot skip levels. The hierarchy is enforced by Paperclip, not just a rule in a text file.

Current state:

• 57 skill packs built and ready
• 6 products live with Stripe checkout + ZIP delivery
• 3 demo videos live
• Running on VPS via LiteLLM model router (hive-brain / hive-muscle / hive-chat)
• Corey (SpeedyPC) as dedicated browser execution node under Chief Distribution

The biggest gap we found: agents had jobs but no skills. Paperclip tells them WHAT to do. Skills tell them HOW to do it.

pack — you'll see the actual automation running
live. Lead scraping, cold email generation, agent
monitoring — real input, real output, no terminal
scrolling.

Also building 1-click Paperclip install for every
pack so you can run them yourself and judge them
directly.
