I found the clustering plot at the end is a flat line now with the versions 1.0.0 and 1.0.1. The problem is with output_corr_matrix.txt, which diagonally has all '0' in the matrix. I remember the old version of NGSCheckMate generated a full corr matrix. Can you please fix it? Thanks.
