Update launch button icon

The icon used in the launch button needs to be updated to the new robot icon that came from brand. Erin has an issue to update the design guidelines around the launch button location, including updating static design guideline image screenshots with the correct icon placement and colors applied - may want to connect with Erin to align on this. We will also need inverse icon buttons for light and dark theme(should automatically switch if we have the right tokens applied
