no learnable_dlatents in stylegan2

Hi,

checking out the generator there is no learnable_dlatents in the stylegan2 model
how can we fix this?

The necessary code was removed in 83be11a#diff-fc7dc3c78fc53ae2f9267c94f71e16adL403-L410

Putting custom_inputs back fixes the error.
