Network Device MAC Address is empty/zero in v1.51/v1.52 (works fine in v1.50)

In v1.51/v1.52 the MAC Address started to appear as empty/zero/null/MAC:00:00:00:00:00:00 (and because of that, network boot DHCP fails):

I was using this uefi stack with Raspberry for windows.
If only I'd seen this issue 3 days ago! I eventually modified the windows driver to fallback to a registry entry if anyone needs a quick workaround. If it helps with debugging here is the dump of the trace output for 1.50 (good) and 1.51 (bad)
Also for anyone who needs it here is the version of the driver with the workaround
do this
search the subkeys of
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} looking for the one for Broadcom GENET"
and then
Then set the MAC on the matching subkey (e.g. 0002):
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class{4d36e972-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0002" /v NetworkAddress /t REG_SZ /d "DC1234567890" /f
then install the unsigned driver in the usual way.
Note this is only a workaround and temporary. I put the modified c code in the zip along with the compiled drivers (based on https://github.com/raspberrypi/windows-drivers). I can only confirm that the 21 driver works, I haven't tried the 20
