PDF issues

I can break these out into separate tasks if needed. Just going to add a bullet list of existing PDF issues:

1. The asset thumbnail is broken if a PDF is uploaded on the asset tab:

2. Attaching a PDF to a page and inserting it does not work

3. Using the Insert asset icon in the wyswig editor does not work
