check_ct_col() suggestion

o It could be interesting to add in the message “Run get_bad_ct () to access the full list”
o If the check did not find bad ct, I would be nice to have a message that everything is ok. Currently, input dataset is displayed but it is not clear for me that all ct are correct

@cpiraux Do you think it would be better if the controlled terminology was displayed instead rather than the input dataset? I don't think printing the entire dataset really provides anything beneficial. Maybe something like the following instead:

get_ct_col runs get_bad_ct internally which returns a list containing the values with no CT so the full list should always be presented.

The message that returns the values that are not the codelist looks good to me. We could add some extra information that could help retrieve the codelist in the metadata more easily.

For example,
In 'check_ct_col()': The input dataset contains the following values that are not present in the codelist named ARM for the variable ADSL.ARM.
