Update Cavalry design with new Figma art board without starting fresh #8

Description

@akre54

I have a pretty common use case where I need to bring in new changes from a Figma design but I'd rather not re-bind all data and keyframes in Cavalry once I've made some progress.

It would be great if there was a way to update the Cavalry scene with a new artboard in Figma - say matching identifiers between the two and then updating things like fonts, shapes, colors that have changed, but not completely blowing away the existing project.

More specifically I want it to recognize when a shape, text, etc exists in both scenes and only update properties like width, font size, color, etc so that I don't need to rebind every property from scratch every time there's a figma update.

I don't mind if it throws away elements that were deleted in Figma, but I want to make sure that it's not making me redo all of the binding when I bring a new design over.

I made the change on my fork but it looks like the upstream has diverged so I can't cleanly create a PR.
