conda / mamba

use uv is much faster

uv pip install jupyterlab ipywidgets matplotlib sympy tensorboard

install deep learning frameworks:

install hf ecosystem: uv pip install transformers diffusers "datasets[audio,vision]" accelerate bitsandbytes

additional stuff: uv pip install torchao triton-windows xformers cupy-cuda13x torch-tensorrt-rtx

debugging info: python -m torch.utils.collect_env

rtools

install Rtools: https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/Rtools/ (installation path should not contain whitespace)

initialize cmd with rtools: C:/rtools██/msys2_shell.cmd -defterm -here -no-start -ucrt64

install additional build tools:
