[Bug]: Agents from Claude Code vscode extension are not showing

Describe the bug

I am using claude code vscode extension, and the sessions from there are not showing in the pixel-agents window.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use vscode claude code extension, create a session, write something
2. open pixel-agents panel
3. observe no agents showing

Expected behavior

the agent should be showing

agents not showing
