Allow multi-disc sets to be ripped to subfolders for each disc and remove the superfluous comment tag

I can't figure out how to rip each disc of a multi-disc set to their own folder, named "disc ##".
The DISCNUMBER and TOTALDISC tags get set so the additional comment "CD#/#" is unnecessary.
Also, the numbering also starts at 101 by default rather than 01, even though this can be fixed by specifying the -t switch.
There should also be options to not write musicbrainz specific tags and remove the downloaded cover.jpg and albumart_backup folder once tagging is complete.

I've figured out the subfolder naming by using the examples for single track rips.

Aplogies for the late reply. Command line is simply "adcde" for single disc albums but "abcde -W x,y -T 1" for multi-disc album, where x and y are disc and total disc numbers respectively. The -T switch is to force numbering from 1. The "disc xx" folder is achieved with ...

Thanks for the feedback. I'll leave this issue open until I copy your config example into the docs or config file as an example for others who may like to preserve the disc separation. As an aside.. not me, I prefer all songs from a disc set in one dir and represent disc number as a prefix to the tracknumber and in the metadata. The only reason I can think to continue to separate discs is if you intend to write them back to CD.
