Fix the pagination of Completed campaigns slider (Homepage)

Describe the Bug

The pagination of Completed campaigns slider on Homepage is not working correctly.

To Reproduce

Open Homapge and observe the behavior of the Completed campaigns slider.

Expected Behavior

We need to reduce the number dots.
The slides need to scroll right by 4 on desktop and not appear more than once in a loop.
Suggestion: Probably add arrows.
