Icons will not use applied theme

I have applied an icon theme which works in cosmic-files but not the dock which is stuck using stock theme. Now I am aware that using icon themes is still experimental. Just reporting it before anyone else does.

Hello @DarkXero-dev , this is the gnome/ubuntu dock repo, both the new cosmic-panel and dock(they are the same thing, just configured differently) live here: https://github.com/pop-os/cosmic-panel, so you might want to transfer the issue there.
