The reporter mentioned he has Cosmic Dock enabled.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox 140.0.1 in GNOME 42.9.
Turn on Firefox Settings > Firefox Labs > Picture-in-Picture: auto-open on tab switch.
Open a new tab.
Go to a website and start playing a video.
While the stream is playing, switch to another tab.
Notice that the stream is now playing in a picture-in-picture window.
Notice that the Firefox icon in the GNOME dock is wiggling.
Actual results:
The Firefox icon in the GNOME wiggles just because a picture-in-picture window opened automatically on tab switch.
Expected results:
The Firefox icon in the GNOME doesn't wiggle just because a picture-in-picture window opened automatically on tab switch.
