Pinned PWA Apps do not launch under pinned icon

I have tried "installing" PWA apps with edge and chrome. The PWA installs fine and I can pin the app to the dock, however, opening the app causes Cosmic to open a new application with the "unknown icon" symbol.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a PWA by clicking the "Install App" button in MS Edge or Chrom
2. Open the app launcher in Cosmic and pin the PWA app to the desktop
3. Click the pinned app on the dock

The pinned app will open on the side with the gear icon.
