[Feature Request] Add animations for feature introductions in initial setup

Issue/Description:
The initial setup currently provides text-based introductions for COSMIC features but lacks visual animations. Adding animations would make the onboarding more engaging and help users better understand key features such as the launcher, tiling, and other workflow elements.

Expected Behavior:
During the initial setup, feature introduction screens should include smooth animations that visually demonstrate:

• Launcher usage and behavior
• Window tiling and management
• (Potentially extendable to other features like workspaces, quick settings, etc.)

We need SVGs for visual clarity, but it would be possible to cycle through a set of SVGs to create an animation.
