Dock isnt as rounded as buttons in "slightly rounded" style #2802

Describe the bug
The dock in slightly rounded style is not the same roundness as the buttons in the settings app

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch settings app
2. Go to desktop > Appearance
3. Click the "Slightly Round" style in Style
4. The floating taskbar isn't as rounded as the buttons in settings.

Expected behavior
The dock looks like a slightly rounded rectangle
