[Bug] Playback pauses while dragging the seek bar

Issue/Description
Dragging on the seek bar to seek forward or backward in the media pauses playback. Seeking should only change the playback position while preserving the current playback state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a media file in COSMIC Player.
2. Start playback.
3. Click on different positions of the seek bar to jump forward or backward.
4. Repeat several times.

Expected Behavior
If the media was playing before seeking, playback should continue during & after releasing the seekbar.

PR #329 provides a narrow fix for the playback state remaining paused after a drag-scrub is released.

The slider emits multiple Seek messages during one drag. The first update records that playback was active and then pauses for seeking. Later updates observe that temporary paused state and overwrite the saved value, so SeekRelease restores paused instead of the original playing state.

The patch captures the pre-scrub state only when the drag begins. It intentionally leaves active-drag, click-seek, and relative-seek behavior unchanged. Validation covered:

• playing media resumes after release
• media paused before scrubbing remains paused
• click seeking and relative seeking remain functional
• MP4, WebM, FLAC, MP3, and OGG media
