Selecting/Moving Annotations Adjustments

• Text annotation on a large text px wraps too soon. Some sizes wrap after one letter
• Polygon - fill in the icon so it matches the shape that's drawn.
• Add 16px, 24px, 32px line thickness options for annotating large image (arrows are tiny on a desktop screenshot for example)
• Change move icon to an arrow with the tooltip "Select"
  • When an annotation is selected, allow changing it's properties (color, size, text formatting)
  • Visual indicator that the annotation is selected
  • When an annotation is selected, add a Trash icon between the text formatting tool and color option with a "Delete" tooltip

For the box around the selected annotation (mockup here):

• use @neutral_5 for the border
• @space_xxxs (4px) horizontal padding around the text
• dots in accent color either on the sides for text (since it could only be resized linearly) or in four corners for drawings, highlighter or shapes (since those could be resized in any direction). The dots could be added now even if the resizing might be left for later.

• Clicking selects the text box

• Clicking a second time selects all text

• Clicking a third time shows the cursor where the click occurred.

As currently implemented, I believe the text box click selection on single, double, and triple matches GIMP, and seems intuitive to me. I'd prefer to keep it as is because it matches how our other text fields behave. Is there another program that this is meant to match, so that I can better understand the interaction?

Let's keep it as-is. The cursor is a grab when editing text. Let's use the text cursor to accurately communicate the action.
