[Bug] Some options does not work

Issue/Description:

• Show navbar on launch setting does not take effect. Regardless of whether the setting is enabled, the navbar remains closed every time COSMIC Viewer is launched.
• Copy to clipboard doesn't work (tested with shortcut as well as menu entry)

Expected Behavior:
When Show navbar on launch is enabled, the navbar should automatically be open when COSMIC Viewer launches.
